Q:If my size is out of stock, how can I be notified?

A:We suggest clicking “Notify Me” on the product page and signing up to receive an email if the item becomes available at a later date.
Q:What size should I order?

A:Please refer to the size guide on the product page. If you still need assistance, contact us so we can help you save time on returns and lower our environmental impact.
Q:Can I change or cancel to my order after I have placed it?

A:If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Unfortunately, we’re unable change/cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Q:Do I need an account to place an order online?

A:You do not need to create an account to place an order. We recommend it for easier checkout in the future, but it is possible to checkout as a guest.

Q:How much do I pay for shipping?

A:The shipping charge depending on your destination.shipping method and shipping weight, Its calculate automatically when you checkout your order.
Q:Can I ship my order to a post office box, APO, or FPO address?

A:FedEx express does not deliver to PO boxes. If this is your only option, please contact payment@swigsip.com and we will assist you.
Q:How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

A:Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated byt your local customs. If your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) duties and taxes are included in the price.
Q:When will my order arrive?

A:We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. The regular processing time is 1-3 business days, and the estimated delivery depends on your country and selected courier. We ships most of orders by FedEx express and it will take about 5-7 days to your place.
Q:How do I track my order?

A:You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Q:Will there be any additional costs to my order?

A:For countries outside the EU, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to additional charges. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered. Please note, all taxes and import duties are calculated by your local customs authorities and we advise you to contact them for further information.
Q:Why was my payment declined at checkout?

A:If your order attempt was declined, we suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company. If you receive another error message, please contact us at payment@swigsip.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Q:Can I save my credit card details?

A:If you place an order, you can choose to store your credit card details for smoother checkout on future purchases. To ensure your safety, we do not store any payment information in our database, its fully encrypted and only available to our payment service provider.
Q:In which currency will my purchase be made?

A:We charge in the currency you have selected while shopping. Please note, all subscription orders (including add-on purchases) are charged in USD.
