How do we Initate a return or exchange?

 

To initiate a return , please contact with our customer service within 3 days after you received the products. 

2. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged.

3. Lingerie or underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.Please understand.

3. For returned order buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee & Tax. After return, please provide the returned tracking number to our customer service staff and we will refund to you within 3 business days.

 

Note: Please tell us your returned package address and we will provide you the shipping address.

 

 

If items damaged or defective when received.

1. We always double check the each products before send it to our clients, If you got the items damaged or defective,Please contact with us in 3 days when you receive the order. 

2. You need to take the clear photo and videos for the prducts and send to our email info@swigsip.com

3. Once we confirmed the products are damaged or defective by our fault, You have options to choose full refund or get a new one

 

4. So if we do not receive the email from you in 3 days after you receive the parcel, Then we will not qualify for a refund.
